Captain Gary Folden has been fishing the waters around Clearwater for over three decades. He was the first captain to introduce light tackle inshore fishing to the marina.

Captain Folden is co-author of the book ‘Sportsman’s Best: Snapper & Grouper’. The book is in a series of fine books published by Florida Sportsman Magazine. A DVD is also included with the book.

Gary also does ‘Florida Sportsman Magazine Radio Live’ - a radio show on every Saturday from 8 - 9 AM on channel 1040 AM. The format of the show gives out tips on what is hot and what is not on the local fishing scene. Live callclearwater fishing ins from other captains up and down the coast assist me in disseminating information to the listeners.
